For Sunday, May 24, Pastor Park Hunter preaches “Open Hearts, Open Minds, Open Doors?” based on Luke 24:44-53. Jesus, who opened the gates of heaven, is all about openings. Are we ready to be opened up: hearts, minds, and doors? What does it look like to be open to God and to our community, when we can’t physically open our building yet?
This is Memorial Day Sunday. We will celebrate our graduates, and pray over the hygiene kits we have packed for emergency COVID-19 relief.
Hymns at the 8:30a Classic service are accompanied on organ and piano by Sandy Koster, with special music by Kimberly Wadewitz. Zoe deBoer and Pam Klinger lead the music team at the 11:00a Praise service.
Onalaska UMC worship services for this Sunday are available only by live stream on our YouTube channel. Please don’t come to church. Instead, stay at home and “praise in place!”
