Church for Sunday, July 19, 2020

For Sunday, July 19, Paul Bratsch preaches “Chain Reaction” based on Luke 19:1-19. What can wolves and the IRS teach us about changing the world for the better? We’ll use the story of Jesus and Zacchaeus to talk about chain reactions of kindness that have the power to create the type of world we want to live in.

Pastor Park leads the service. Our UMC camp staff shares kids time about renewal (activity sheets below). Conductor Park and Suzy Choo Choo talk about our upcoming Rocky Railway VBS for the God Moment.

Hymns at the 8:30a Classic service are accompanied on organ and piano by Sandy Koster and our mini choir. Zoe deBoer and Pam Klinger lead the music team at the 10:30a Praise service.

Onalaska UMC worship services for this Sunday are available only by live stream on our YouTube channel. Please don’t come to church. Instead, stay at home and “praise in place!”

Here’s how to participate…

If YouTube doesn’t work for you, contact our office (608-783-3380 or office@onalaskaumc.org) and we will mail you a copy of the worship slides and the sermon notes the week following.
